Accepting new Hormone Patients in Elizabethtown KY

If you would like to learn a large amount about hormone replacement in a small amount of time, I highly encourage you to come by my office and pick up a free booklet that will likely answer 99% of all your questions and concerns.

Reading this booklet is much like spending time with one of the world’s foremost experts and pioneer’s in bio-identical hormone replacement, Dr. Neil Rouzier. Dr. Rouzier is my personal doctor and he happens to be the person that trained me (and around 1,000 others, so far) to provide optimal bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Rouzier authored this booklet and I prefer that all prospective patients read it before proceeding with therapy. If you are not local, I will be happy to mail you a booklet at no cost to you.

If you are not certain if you want to begin hormone replacement therapy, I am happy to see you for a consultation.  Please call our office to schedule this appointment. There will be a $100 consultation fee taken over the phone. Your first one hour is $250; totaling $350 for the original appointment.

If you would like to proceed from there and have your labs drawn and a therapeutic plan developed, that is also $350.

If you decide to proceed with actual hormone replacement therapy, the balance for the entire first year of concierge type service / management is $1,100.

If you know for certain that you want to begin hormone replacement therapy, and would like to discuss it at the same time we draw blood and then set up your individual plan, then the total cost at that time is $1,800. This is for the entire first year of concierge type service / management.

This includes your FIRST set of labs. More labs will be required to optimize your levels. These are always done AT COST. The fees range from $50-$300, depending on your individual situation, compliance with taking prescriptions, etc. The lab fees typically get smaller and smaller and smaller as we get closer to your optimal levels.

After the first year (after optimization is achieved), you will need to have annual labs drawn in order to ensure continued optimal levels of hormones/and to adjust any prescriptions as needed.

The fee for each year after the first ranges:

1. $550 without labs for individual renewal
2. $750 with annual labs for individual renewal
3. $400 per person without labs for couple’s renewal*
4. $500 per person with labs for couple’s renewal*

*To qualify for the couple’s rate, there must be more than one member of your household actively in the program

Concierge type service / management indicates that you will have access to me for questions / concerns, adjustments, changes, etc. for 12 months and there is no per visit/consult fee.

Full Life Medical does not accept care credit, or insurance. Credit cards excluding American Express, cash or check is accepted and is due the same day service is provided.

There are possible options for financing (third party), that I can share with you if you would like.
